Common questions

Which tool should we use?

It depends on your systems, budget and data. n8n is powerful and can be hosted on UK servers; Zapier and Make are quick to start; Power Automate suits Microsoft 365 organisations. We’ll recommend the best fit.

Is AI safe to use with our data?

We design every AI step with GDPR in mind: we keep personal data to a minimum, use UK or EU hosting where possible, and keep a person in the loop for important decisions.

We’re a small team. Is this worth it?

Often more so. Saving even a few hours a week makes a big difference to a small team, and we start with one small, fixed-price automation.

How much does it cost?

The first review is free. Each automation then gets a fixed-price quote, and ongoing support is £85/hour + VAT for clients on one of our plans.
